FULL CIRCLE

The very first layout our primary bedroom ever had (six years ago) and turns out we probably should’ve just kept it that way. I’ve tried our bed on every wall, blocking windows, centered, uncentered.. 4 paint jobs (maybe a fifth coming..) but I think I really really like this. Sometimes it takes trying every single way and living with it to realize what actually works.

Speaking of that potentional 5th paint color.. I’ve been testing paint colors for the office and new utility room and I find myself regretting that I didn’t give Wythe Blue a better shot. It was the first color I painted this room and my taste was nothing like it is now. I just don’t think I was doing it justice. I’m so tempted to try it again with a new twist. We’ll see..

What SHOULD be higher on my priorities list is finally getting a fabric to make for our bed bench. Also, dried hydrangeas are the ultimate fall “decor.”
